Information about our cancellation policy 

For those who have already booked “Crete in a Tango Week” (CTW all 2020 editions) or are now booking, the following applies.

Corona Virus
If someone cannot come due to government restrictions on Coronavirus prevention or for other reasons related to the virus, we will refund 100% of the money.

Other Reasons
If someone cannot come for another reason but notifies us of the cancellation at least 10 days before the start of the event, we will return 85% of the money.

Last-Minute
For last-minute cancellations, we return 70% of the money for the workshops and milongas.

General Info
Anyone who registers at www.tangotrips-tangoreisen.com accepts that he / she is traveling at their own risk and is responsible for his / her own travel insurance (flights and accommodation). With the registration, everyone agrees to the option that we may need to change our regular schedule to the “Holiday Plan”.

Alternative “Holiday Plan”
If we have to follow the holiday plan and you want to attend it, we will refund 50% of the payment that corresponds to your package (or 35% if you have chosen a Milonga pass). If you don’t want to participate at all, we’ll return 100%.
